Our beautiful mother, Timi Dillon, passed away peacefully in her home on November 21, 2023, in Nederland, Colorado.
She lived her life with whimsy, light, and an overall enthusiasm for the world. She was an artist, an actress, and an activist with a heart big enough to love everyone. She embraced travel, culture, music, dancing, animals, and was at home everywhere she landed. The beaches warmed her soul, and the mountains gave her peace.
She will be forever remembered for her adventurous nature, free spirit, creativity, charm, and enduring love for her family and dear friends.
Timi was born on December 9, 1946, in Whitewater, Wisconsin, to James and Bernice Golden.
Timi is survived by her children Heather Dillon (Todd Vanderbilt), Heath Dillon, Travis Reynolds (Kate Reynolds), Tessa Reynolds (Krista Velasquez), grandchildren Gavin Dillon, Kyla and Dante Velasquez, and four siblings.
She is preceded in death by her husband James Reynolds (JR), her parents, and two siblings.
A Memorial/Celebration of Life for Timi Dillon will be held in July 2024, in Nederland, Colorado. The specific location will be announced at a later date.
